- Satellite Payment Centers: First Tennessee Bank & The Village Market in Collegedale. Payments are accepted on current bills only during their normal business hours and a bill must be presented with each payment. Satellite payment centers do not accept e-bills.

- **ACH Bank Draft Form: Through Eastside Utility.
To enroll in ACH drafts through our office, fill out the bank draft form located at the bottom the forms and reports page. Email it with a voided check to customerservice@eastsideutility.com. After enrollment, please remove any other scheduled payments in the customer portal to avoid duplicate payments.
**Returned ACH payments and checks will incur a $30 return fee, due at the time the outstanding balance is paid. Repeated returns may result in ACH drafts and check payments being permanently disabled on the account.
